The "Pink-Tax" is a term that is used to refer to female-only items which are overpriced and are charged as "luxury" items when they are necessities. Studies have shown that there is absolutely no good reason for the overcharge. Prices for these types of products are higher in Wisconsin than in any other state. This issue also applies to infant products.

The manufactured price most likely will not change but, if the law is passed to end Pink-Tax then there will be more discounts and deals. The main thing at steak is money and how it's being spent over necessities more than anything else. In all the money lost won't make a huge impact on the economy but products will be sold faster. There are already places doing this like Target and CVS for example but more can happen to make a more sustainable change. 

Studies have shown that this has been going on since the 1990's. However, it's always the right time to change something that has to do with anything unfair, biased, and, discriminatory! As the community and the world is evolving inflation is also, which is just putting prices even higher and needs to be lowered as soon as possible.
