Hello, I am a concerned member of the Ponderosa High School community in El Dorado County, CA. I have witnessed firsthand the dedication and compassion of Jenn, a beloved campus monitor, and coach. Jenn has been a beacon of support and understanding. She helped in bridging the gap between families and the school, she gave communication and understanding when other’s in the office failed. Her presence ensures that students feel heard and cared for, making a significant positive impact on their school lives.

Unfortunately, Jenn has been wrongfully terminated due to personal grievances by another staff member, a secretary at the school, who has a long-standing reputation for disliking and being mean to children for no reason! This staff also talked badly about Jenn to my children because she did not agree with how compassionate Jenn was with students. To remove Jenn based on such trivial and unfounded complaints is not only unjust but detrimental to the supportive environment Ponderosa High School has cultivated over the years.

No one understands our school community quite like Jenn does. She tirelessly listens to students, offers guidance, and inspires many with her coaching multiple sports. Her dismissal not only affects her ability to work but hinders the morale and welfare of our entire school. The other staff member’s behavior is not representative of our community's values, and it is her role that needs reevaluation, not Jenn's.

We need to stand united in our cause to bring Jenn back to Ponderosa High School. Our students deserve a campus where positive, supportive, and dedicated individuals like Jenn are present. She makes our school a better place and is vital to our students' success both academically and personally.

Please, join me in demanding justice for Jenn and ensuring that she regains her rightful place in our school community.
