Due to changes in requirements and in light of all that is happening in the world, your fans that have purchased packages to the upcoming Riviera Maya destination concert wish to respectfully ask for a full refund on packages purchased.

Travel to Mexico right now is at a Level 3 - reconsider travel, indicating a high level of COVID-19 in the country. Your fans are worried about contracting Covid-19 while at the show and testing positive before returning to their homes. Testing positive in Mexico would require your fans to self-isolate in Mexico until they have recovered completely and test negative from COVID-19 in order to be able to board a flight into the US. The majority of your fans have responsibilities such as children, pets, jobs, etc. that being quarantined in Mexico for any additional length of time would impact and keep them from attending to these responsibilities.

We were ALL hopeful in June of 2021 when these packages were purchased that life would start to resemble some Pre-Covid normalcy by February, but unfortunately we have not reached that point. Please think of your fans and their responsibilities at home and offer a full refund to all that want it for the Riviera Maya concert. Thank you - Your Loving Fans
