Non-Dairy foods are better for our environment. Though Ben & Jerry's strives to get their ingredients from local/non factory farm sources, there are still many folks that cannot or don't eat dairy because they may be vegan, lactose intolerant, etc. Phish Food is delicious and Phish's portion of proceeds go to benefit Waterwheel Foundation and its efforts to keep Lake Champlain clean. Ben & Jerry's has began making non-dairy flavors (which are all delicious), and wouldn't it be awesome if Phish food came in non-dairy/vegan?
