Social Equity, racial justice in disparity restitution and reparations to the black brown and Hispanic minority communities. We need social reform, and programs to help more of our brown and black brothers and sisters including veterans. You can't imprison the people for using cannabis enforcing the police to do the dirty work of the white corporate wall street of America , then legalize it and give it to the white privatize corporations it's an insult to the people who have suffered all these decades.  You want to help the people and the communities affected by the war on drugs? Then help the people first! Create a bigger third round with immediate expungements for those impacted the most with records and create more licenses and programs made for them.
