Please sign this petition to ask the state of New Jersey to investigate, Hal David Mintz, and Sabby Management LLC, for price fixing and stock manipulation during the pandemic. Their actions are reckless and undermines free market trading. 

This is not the 1st time Hal David Mintz has be caught for illegal activity related to the stock market. We feel as though if the state of New Jersey does not act, thousands investors with continue to fall victim to Hal David Mintz and his inappropriate conduct.
