PG County has many schools named after racist slave owners, and this is especially concerning considering the large population of black people living in PG County. This petition is to change the names of these schools: Samuel Ogle Middle, Benjamin Tasker Middle, Andrew Jackson Elementary, Charles Carroll Middle, Francis Scott Key Elementary, William Paca Elementary, and more. We can change the names to more people like Charles H. Flowers and César Chávez and Cora L. Rice.
