On, or about, July 17th 2016 Ms. Khloe Kardashian took a private of photo of an unnamed female patron on a beach and posted said photo to the online social media application Twitter.

Her actions violate 18 U.S. Code § 1801 - Video voyeurism which states: "Whoever, in the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States, has the intent to capture an image of a private area of an individual without their consent, and knowingly does so under circumstances in which the individual has a reasonable expectation of privacy, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.

(1) the term “capture”, with respect to an image, means to videotape, photograph, film, record by any means, or broadcast;

(2) the term “broadcast” means to electronically transmit a visual image with the intent that it be viewed by a person or persons;"

While Ms.Khloe Kardashian has has NOT  apologized for her offense she needs to be brought to court with criminal charges as she has committed a criminal act. Her act affects the community in that people do not feel safe on social media for fear of their children who follow Ms. Khloe Kardashian will see this disrespectful image of a young girl who had no knowledge it was being taken or that Khloe Kardashian was going to post it to millions of her followers.
