The Issue

I am a small business owner directly impacted by WHOOP®'s decision to prohibit third-party bands. Our company, The Fresh Strap, exists to provide high-quality, compatible accessories that give users more flexibility and personalization. We’ve operated transparently and in good faith, offering products that many WHOOP® users have come to appreciate.

Despite this, our Amazon listings were removed - even as dozens of other sellers, especially overseas ones, continue offering similar or even more derivative products without interference. This selective enforcement not only hurts small businesses like ours, but also creates an uneven and confusing landscape for everyone involved.

Unlike WHOOP®, other major wearables brands - Apple, Garmin, Fitbit - - openly allow third-party accessories. This openness fosters innovation, lowers prices, and gives users the freedom to customize their experience. WHOOP®'s current stance goes against this consumer-first standard.

WHOOP® users should be able to customize their device, and small businesses should be allowed to compete fairly.

If you agree, please sign this petition and help us advocate for a healthier, more open ecosystem - one that benefits users, encourages innovation, and supports small business.
