SUBJECT: SEEKING FOR FAIR REVIEW OF CLINICAL MEDICINE AND COMMUNITY HEALTH LOGBOOK EXAMINATION RESULTS FOR 2023/2024 (THE 2019 AND 2020 INTAKES).

We, the undersigned students of the Clinical Medicine and Community Health program, express our deep dissatisfaction with the unfair examination results released by UAHEB, which indicate mass failure for the class most specifically in logbook.

Our class has faced consecutive failures despite fulfilling all academic requirements, including the completion of our logbooks.This repeated failure, despite successfully completing our logbooks and other academic requirements, raises concerns about the transparency and fairness of the marking process. This has caused great damage to all students in multiple aspects including lost time, strained finances among many others.

Our Request:
We humbly request the following:
1. Access to our marked scripts and logbooks for review.
2. Re-evaluation of our examination papers by an independent panel.
3. Fair handling of future examinations to prevent a similar incident.

Reasons for Our Petition:

1. We believe there was a systematic error in the marking process.
2. Our right to fair assessment and education has been violated.
3. The fact that the entire class failed twice raises suspicion of unfairness or incompetence in the marking process

We the affected students seek immediate action from UAHEB as this matter is of great relevance to our future
