Regarding the Renewal of Dr. Cetta's Contract

We, the undersigned residents of Monroe Township, strongly urge the Monroe Township Board of Education to reconsider and revote on the motion regarding the renewal of Dr. Cetta’s contract as principal of Woodland Elementary School.

As deeply invested members of this community, we believe that failing to retain Dr. Cetta would be a profound disservice to our students, faculty, and the future of our school district. Her exceptional leadership, proven results, and unwavering dedication to educational excellence make her an irreplaceable asset.

• Under Dr. Cetta’s visionary leadership, Woodland Elementary has made remarkable strides in both academic performance and school culture. Her data-driven initiatives have directly contributed to:

Track Record of Excellence:

• Dr. Cetta has never received a score below a 4 on any of her evaluations throughout her tenure at Woodland Elementary.

Policy 4146:

• According to Policy 4146, the Board is obligated to avoid withholding contract approval for arbitrary or capricious reasons. Her outstanding performance makes non-renewal indefensible and unfair.
