Petition to Support Creating and Releasing Disney's Exciting New Initiatives!

The Issue

We implore Disney to recognize and validate for the collective benefit. This action follows the positive response and attention received from our previous petition, "Develop and Launch New Necessary/Required/Solicited Disney Initiatives & Content." Our whole effort develops a whole justification to immediately declare victory for our latest effort, ensuring the originality of all signatures while following a legal, honest, and responsible process. We are determined to follow a rightful and legal victory, appreciating respect and openness. Only exceeding the target, social media sharing, user comments, and voice videos won't be enough. We must advance collectively towards a successful outcome responsibly and ethically.

This petition, limited to a single submission, uses the whole title to contain both the proposed changes and the complete, solicited, non-spam benefits designed to strengthen our cause.

Due to time limits, we cannot collect more signatures for our petition. As a result, we decide to obtain an immediate and lasting validation for the common good without ignoring or dismissing any input. We don't need to reach 7.5K signatures on our petition; we must receive Disney's immediate confirmation.
While social media sharing, user comments, and voice videos can boost our message, they are not important to our petition's success. Let's focus on reaching Disney directly and securing their confirmation of our request rather than relying only on digital growth.

This petition builds on our existing "Feature and Include the Proposed Existing Songs to Disney Permanently" petition. By focusing on this specific part, we want to make our whole idea stronger and make sure it gets looked at. Getting our original request accepted as part of that bigger plan is still what matters most to us.

Our petition was carefully prepared to prevent it from being rendered ineffective, discredited, invalidated, or misunderstood, guaranteeing its ability to bring the important and positive changes needed for the greater good.
This step will help prioritize safety, ensure important support, and provide the urgent recognition we need. The description may seem too long, but its length is required in showing the required changes our petition aims to achieve.

--

  • Petition Mandate: Disney must prioritize and release the initiatives showed in our petition.
  • Respectful Engagement: Demand an immediate end of dismissive, ignoring, or belittling responses to our petition. Such responses are considered unacceptable and invalidate the integrity of our petition.
  • Urgent Action Required: Immediate approval of our petition is requested to ensure its effectiveness and timely project completion. Failure to act immediately risks serious negative consequences within the Disney fan community.
  • Permanence Demanded: Our petition requires a permanent approval and implementation.
  • End Unethical Actions: Immediately halt any unethical or illegal actions recognizing as damaging our petition, harming signatories, and interfering with the Disney community.
  • Official Validation and Confirmation: Petition items (initiatives, songs, albums, etc.) must be officially confirmed and validated by Disney, with distribution through official channels (e.g., major news outlets, Disney D23 Expo). This validation is required to support individual Wikipedia and Disney Fandom Wiki article creation.
  • Lasting Implementation & Access: Implement and release all projects and efforts detailed, using the direct links provided in our petition for easy access to information.
  • Dialogue and Solution: Engage in constructive dialogue to find solutions that address the concerns of all parties involved.

--

We believe Disney's new initiatives are important and are calling on everyone to show their support by signing our petition. We respectfully request that Disney consider our petition seriously. We urge them to implement these necessary changes quickly and ensure their permanent and safe implementation.
We are seriously worried about the potential negative consequences if these initiatives are delayed, canceled, or rejected. We fear the harmful consequences these delays could have on our community and implore Disney to act responsibly for the well-being and peace of mind of all involved.

All the proposed initiatives and changes are important and justified, and we expect them to be released accurately and truthfully to avoid any misrepresentation. We are seriously worried about the current, negative state of the Disney brand. We believe that the company's future success relies on accepting new and exciting initiatives, as showed in our petition.
Failure to address these concerns could result in huge disappointment between fans, leading to losing faith in Disney. We urge the company to act immediately, address these issues, and restore our trust. A responsible and compassionate approach is important to ensure the well-being and peace of mind of all Disney enthusiasts.
We firmly believe that a permanent decision is necessary to prevent the negative emotions and uncertainty that could appear from inaction and passivity. By working together, we can ensure that Disney continues to create magic and inspire generations.

We urge Disney to recognize our official and legal request and to stop ignoring, dismissing, or neglecting it, as these behaviors would be unacceptable, disrespectful, and insulting given the present situation. We must stop allowing actions that invalidate our request, leaving it ineffective and causing serious trauma and embarrassment for us and the Disney community. This situation only brings about feelings of unhappiness, worry, and fear. These unethical and illegal actions threaten to damage our petition, endangering its trustworthiness and potentially causing permanent harm.
They are harmful and traumatic for those who have signed and create a strong, unhappy feeling within the entire Disney community. These activities are a clear violation of proper process, our rights, and international law. We demand an immediate end to these actions and urge all parties involved to recognize their gravity.
Our petition represents the collective voice of Disney enthusiasts who deserve to be heard and respected. We implore all parties to engage in constructive dialogue and work towards a solution that addresses the concerns of everyone.
This step is not simply a matter of law; it is about ensuring a positive and stronger experience for all who love Disney. The success of our petition and the well-being of the Disney community link to our ability to address these issues effectively. We demand a permanently effective petition, not a temporary ineffective one.

We respectfully request that Disney consider our petition, recognizing the huge care and loyalty that we put into our efforts. We believe that our careful approach and agreement to accuracy make a strong case for supporting our cause.

-- INITIATIVE 1 --

Kindly be aware that our requests were related to our interconnected petition for "Implement All "Never Ending Story" Content and Consider Additional Requests" with the aim of boosting our petition and avoiding any sudden rejection or invalidation of our current suggestions.

We officially request The Walt Disney Company to officially recognize and add Limahl's "Never Ending Story" into the Disney Music collection. Our main argument focuses on the potential benefits this inclusion would bring to Disney, Limahl, and their fans.

Key Requests and Proposals:

  • Official Recognition: The main request is for Disney to officially recognize "Never Ending Story" (including Limahl's film version from The NeverEnding Story Original Movie Soundtrack and all associated tracks) as a Disney song through authorized news channels, adding it into the official Disney Music library. This includes encouraging fan pages for both the song and the artist.
  • Inspiration, Not Negotiation: We argue that a simple release of accurate and official information about Limahl and the song would encourage Limahl to brand "Never Ending Story" as a Disney song, eliminating the need for direct contact or difficult negotiations supporting permissions and credits. However, we recognize that permission and credit are necessary.
  • Remake Proposal: While we simply include the existing song, our detailed proposal is presented for Disney to create a remade version of "Never Ending Story" in Db major, adjusting key signatures and instrumentation. This includes specific suggestions for:
    * Standard (from the YouTube video below) and extended versions with different orchestrations (strings, horns, harp, etc.).
    * A Ska-style treble clef acoustic bass part (with picked bass fill-ins).
    * String chords as a fill-in.
    * Inviting Anne Hathaway to voice Ruta Jordan and provide backing vocals.
    * A full instrumental version.
    * The release of vocal and instrumental tracks as a digital and physical EP.
    * Franchise Inclusion: We anticipate that these remakes would belong in a "Legendary Ruta" franchise.
    * Article Creation: We express the anticipation that Wikipedia and Fandom will create separate articles about the song and its respective album after confirmation and release of official information.
    * Urgency: We highlight the need for timely action to avoid delays, cancellations, speculations, and misinformation, suggesting that inaction could lead to fan disappointment.

Legal and Ethical Considerations:

  • To follow copyright and trademark laws, Disney must seek permission and give appropriate credit to Limahl before adding these tracks into the Disney Music collection. This approach honors intellectual property rights and helps avoid possible infringements.

Tone and Basic Concern:

While presented as a respectful request, we show great harm surrounding the potential negative consequences of Disney's inaction, referencing possible "disappointment, trauma, and embarrassment" between fans and highlighting the need to restore trust. The detailed nature of the remake proposal suggests a pre-existing vision for the song's addition into the Disney brand.

Please note that the movie version of the song "Never Ending Story" can be heard in this provided YouTube video.

Important Note: This YouTube video and its accompanying music track are the property of Limahl. We did not create this content; we fully respect his intellectual property rights. We always aim to avoid copyright infringement and ensure that all content we use is properly licensed or authorized.

To follow copyright and trademark laws, Disney must seek permission and give appropriate credit to Limahl before adding these tracks into the Disney Music collection. This approach honors intellectual property rights and helps avoid possible infringements.

Our main goal is to brand "Never Ending Story" and all its related tracks, including the film version of this song from The NeverEnding Story Original Movie Soundtrack, as official Disney songs that bring joy, much like the experience at Disneyland. Accepting this important and appropriate change would promote these musical pieces to the status of award-winning Disney classics. We are strongly worried that not addressing this issue could lead to serious consequences, including disappointment, trauma, and embarrassment between Disney fans. As a result, we respectfully urge Disney to take quick and effective action to tackle these issues and restore our trust in the company. We believe a thoughtful and compassionate approach is important to prevent uncertainty and negativity, which could result in emotions such as panic, worry, and fear. Ultimately, we are convinced that a permanent decision is important for ensuring all Disney enthusiasts' happiness and peace of mind.

For the "Never Ending Story" remake, we suggest using the Ska-style movement with the treble clef acoustic bass and treble clef picked bass chords, shown in the image below (not a real music sheet), matching the notes and pitch:

-- INITIATIVE 2 --

We implore Disney to feature and include Ayumi Irie's "What Are Words" Chris Medina cover track and video within its official collection, granting it official Disney status and adding it into the Disney Music collection. We plan for Disney to support this remarkable artist and her single, increasing her presence through promotion. Such efforts could lead to the creation of individual Wikipedia and Disney Fandom pages, enhancing her visibility. We believe "What Are Words" holds big appreciation for Disney's music library, deserving permanent inclusion. This inclusion, we believe, is important and useful, ultimately enhancing the company and its loyal fanbase without delays, cancellations, speculations, ignorance, rejections, dismissals, or rumors.

Ayumi Irie's "What Are Words" Chris Medina cover, both audio and video, is an original creation and does not violate any copyrights. Disney can safely add this track and video into their brand without infringing on Ayumi Irie's rights. We recommend permanently uploading and showing the "WHAT ARE WORDS ~ By AYUMI IRIE" video on DisneyMusicVEVO's YouTube channel using a 100% secured downloader. This upload ensures the video's continued presence without removal. By officially branding Ayumi Irie's "What Are Words" cover as a true, original Disney song, it will be protected against future removal.

Please note that the Ayumi Irie's "What Are Words" track and video can be heard in its entirety in the "WHAT ARE WORDS ~ By AYUMI IRIE" video on YouTube.

WHAT ARE WORDS ~ By AYUMI IRIE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r2Yb0ep_JWE

Important Note: Please be aware that the YouTube video and its accompanying music track are the property of Ayumi Irie. We did not create this content, and we support the laws of intellectual property rights. We are agreed to avoiding copyright infringement and ensuring that all content we use is properly licensed or authorized.

-- INITIATIVE 3 --

We respectfully request that Disney officially recognize the exceptional talent of Gracie Abrams and her single, "Close To You," by permanently adding it into its official music collection. This addition can be achieved by:

  • Distributing accurate and official information about Gracie Abrams and her music through authorized news outlets.
  • Proposing a collaboration between Disney and Gracie Abrams if required.
  • Making "Close To You" available as an official Disney song on Disney Music platforms.
  • Releasing a full instrumental version of the song in its original, unedited form without lead/backing vocals and vocal-following instruments, as a Disney track in a physical and digital album.

These steps would strengthen "Close To You" as an official Disney song, enhancing the company's musical collection and providing greater recognition for this talented artist.
Disney's efforts could be increased by promoting information about Gracie Abrams and "Close To You," potentially creating individual Disney Fandom pages for both.
This approach respects intellectual property rights and avoids potential infringements by providing accurate information and credit to Gracie Abrams. We are confident that "Close To You" would be a good addition to Disney's music library, and we urge the company to consider its permanent inclusion without delay.

We aim to avoid copyright violations by ensuring that we always obtain the necessary permission and authorization before using any content.

-- INITIATIVE 7 --

We request Disney and its international affiliates to officially add a list of specific songs into its official music collection. Our proposal shows a collaborative process where Disney would work with the original artists (or their properties and related recording studios, including those of deceased and retired artists) to officially brand these songs as Disney properties.

Key actions requested include:

  • Official Addition: Add the songs to the Disney Music collection, ensuring correct artist information and crediting.
  • New Releases: Re-release the songs on physical and digital albums as Disney tracks, including original instrumental (without all vocals, choruses, choirs, and vocal-following instruments) and choir/chorus-only (without all vocals) versions.
  • Collaboration: Establish partnerships with artists and their representatives for collaboration and development.
  • Intellectual Property Protection: Ensure proper intellectual property rights are honored and avoid future infringements.

We highlight the benefits of this addition, including: increasing Disney's musical landscape, enhancing audience experience, and inspiring the creation of individual Wikipedia and Disney Fandom pages for these songs and artists. We claim that this official branding would strengthen the songs' place within the Disney universe and prevent future removal.

Proposed Songs:

Here are the YouTube video links for the original songs, which Disney can access and listen to our requested content.

Important Note: The YouTube videos and accompanying music tracks presented here are the intellectual property of their original creators. We do not claim ownership of those properties and are agreed to respecting copyright laws. All materials are used with permission or are considered "Fair Use" according to copyright law.

Our proposal specifically recommends:

  • The Click Five: After their retirement, rebrand "Just the Girl" and "I'll Take My Chances" as Disney music, releasing original and unedited instrumental versions on Disney albums.
  • Empire of the Sun: Anticipates a future Wikipedia article for "Somebody's Son" and suggests including Disney-related content.
  • Deric Wan: Anticipates a future Wikipedia article for "Just Go With the Flow (隨緣)" and suggests including Disney-related content.
  • Post Malone: Anticipates a future Wikipedia article for "California Sober" and suggests including Disney-related content.
  • R.I.O.: Anticipates a future Wikipedia article for "Headlong" and suggests including Disney-related material.
  • Delacey: Anticipates a future Wikipedia article for "Dream It Possible" and suggests including Disney-related material.

Our proposal concludes with confidence that Disney will review the request and recognize the potential positive change on its brand and fanbase. Our main goal is to ensure that these songs are officially recognized as Disney songs and that their place within the Disney legacy is kept. The expectation is that the already existing Wikipedia articles for some of these musicians will make the creation of future Disney-related articles on these musicians and songs.

-- INITIATIVE 8 --

We request that The Walt Disney Company and its international affiliates officially recognize and add a specified list of artists Cimorelli, Gardiner Sisters, Vengaboys, ABBA, Evie Clair, Lexi Walker, Connie Talbot, Megan & Liz, Bailey Pelkman, Luciana Zogbi, Bri Heart, Ali Brustofski, One Voice Children's Choir, FamilyMann Music (including Hillary Abplanalp's collection), Hillary Abplanalp, Sara Lyn Baril, Nadia Khristean, and Jan Hellriegel (from Duffy Books In Homes), their existing and future musical works (including albums, songs, and YouTube content), into the official Disney Music collection. This includes permanently adding songs "After All," "When a Child is Born," "Tiny Voice," "Power of the Dream," "Happy Song," "I Am Enough," "Cheerleader / Sugar Sugar," "For You," "Love You One More Time," "Okay Day," "Head in the Cloud," "Au Revoir," "Light the World," "The Call (feat. Josh Mortensen)," "What Are Words (feat. Josh Mortensen)," "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year," "We Need a Little Christmas," "Once More," "A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes," "When You Wish Upon a Star," "The Prayer," "Cups / Flashlight / Titanium / Cheap Thrills / Since U Been Gone," "Friday," "One Thing," "What Makes You Beautiful," "Wings," "Wings (Acoustic)," "I Love Me (Acoustic)," "Love You Like a Love Song," "What Makes You Beautiful" (Megan & Liz version), and "Better Place (feat. The Piano Gal)."

We suggest that Disney can achieve this addition through:

  • Official Recognition & Promotion: Publicly recognizing the artists and their music through official news outlets.
  • Collaborative Release of Instrumentals: Encouraging artists to release instrumental (in their original, unedited forms without all vocals, choirs, choruses, and vocal-following instruments) and choir/chorus-only versions of their songs, potentially through collaboration with Disney.
  • YouTube Addition: Featuring the artists' music videos on the DisneyMusicVEVO YouTube channel, potentially involving a private method for transferring video files.
  • Post-Retirement Branding: Requesting that after the retirement of artists like Gardiner Sisters and ABBA, their associated music production companies would brand their albums and all tracks as Disney music and release instrumental versions of their songs in their original, unedited forms (without all vocals, choirs, choruses, and vocal-following instruments).
  • Enhanced Artist Promotion: Actively promoting the artists within the Disney community, including potential Wikipedia and Disney Fandom page creation.

Additionally, Connie Talbot will release her "Happy Song" audio track and its instrumental version in a physical and digital EP album as Disney songs permanently.

Ultimately, this would enable Cimorelli, Vengaboys, Evie Clair, Lexi Walker, Connie Talbot, Megan & Liz, Bailey Pelkman, Luciana Zogbi, Bri Heart, Ali Brustofski, One Voice Children's Choir, FamilyMann Music, Hillary Abplanalp, Sara Lyn Baril, Nadia Khristean, and Jan Hellriegel to collaborate with Disney to permanently upload and feature all their music videos on DisneyMusicVEVO's YouTube channel without any removals. This collaboration includes Luciana Zogbi's "Stardust," "Gardiner Sisters - Behind the Scenes in the Studio Recording 'My Way or the Highway'," "My Way Or The Highway - Gardiner Sisters (Official Music Video)," and "Rachel Platten - Better Place (Cover) Nadia Khristean ft. the Piano Gal."

We believe this will benefit Disney and its fans by expanding the music library and enhancing the brand's reputation. We highlight the importance of a secure process to prevent interference and ensure our proposal's success, seeking to strengthen these artists' inclusion permanently within the Disney brand. We suggest Disney can achieve this without direct contact with the artists initially, focusing on public recognition to encourage artist participation, preventing potential copyright or legal issues.

We firmly believe that including all proposed original artists' songs in Disney is a highly anticipated outcome of our petition. This vision deserves to become a permanent reality. We aim to eliminate unnecessary delays, cancellations, speculation, ignorance, rejections, dismissals, or rumors that stand in the way of this positive and real change. Once our petition is successful, these proposed original artists' songs will be recognized as true, original Disney songs, ensuring they are never removed again.

Featuring the original songs, albums, and YouTube videos in channels from all the suggested artists would effectively add these musical groups into the Disney brand and its company identity.

We respectfully request Disney establish a secure, private method for downloading submitted videos and uploading them to their official YouTube channel, using a trusted online downloader and standard copy-paste procedures at the highest original quality. This private process will protect our petition's integrity and prevent negative, inappropriate, or disrespectful responses that could endanger our efforts.

-- INITIATIVE 9 --

We implore Disney to immediately release official, accurate information about the Technicolor nature of the Library of Congress's Farm Security Administration/Office of War Information Color Photographs from the 1930s-40s. While these photographs have been colorized, their original format was indeed Technicolor. We understand that these photographs were originally in Technicolor and that the Library of Congress has colorized black-and-white versions, creating what are now considered Walt Disney creations. Upon confirmation of our petition, we aim to share this verified information through official news sources. Our requests are based on truthful, accurate information without any defamatory or misleading content.
Due to this, we propose establishing and permanently keeping a new initiative titled "Magical Technicolor," featuring an official website accessible at "magicaltechnicolor.com." We also propose downloading all the images and photographs available on the Library of Congress website (https://www.loc.gov/pictures/search/?st=grid&co=fsac) as these are without copyright restrictions and do not infringe on any rights. These images would then be permanently displayed in the "Gallery" section of the "Magical Technicolor" website without any removals.
This long-awaited project holds huge importance and is required to serving the greater good. We implore Disney to prioritize this effort and ensure its quick implementation, avoiding unnecessary delays, cancellations, ignorance, rejections, dismissals, or rumors.

--

INITIATIVE 10: We propose creating and releasing a Disney YouTube video of the tour of the Sistine Chapel and the beautiful art galleries on the ceiling and the walls in Vatican City. This video would feature the instrumental version of the song "True Legend" in Julie Sue's remake style, as listed on our interlinked "Produce and Release Favorite Covers as Disney Songs and Albums" petition, and the instrumental version of the song "My Whole Life" from our interlinked "A Private Petition for Making the First-Following Cover Songs as Disney Versions" petition. We kindly request Disney to confirm the validity of these petitions before proceeding with this project, as the requested music would need to be produced by Walt Disney Records. Once our petition is confirmed, we ask that this video be made for the greater good without unnecessary delays, cancellations, ignorance, or rejections. To enhance the viewing experience, we suggest the video start with a fade-in and end with a fade-out to black. We expect this video to be released permanently on Disney's official channel and Disney+ without any possibility of removal. We believe it will bring joy and happiness to countless viewers worldwide.

INITIATIVE 11: We propose managing and keeping the whole Captain Cook Cultural Exchange Center's Flickr account, ensuring it remains active and preventing any removal. Additionally, we recommend creating and launching an official Disney website titled "captaincookculturalexchangecenter.com," replacing the defunct company "Captain Cook Cultural Exchange Centre," located in Auckland, New Zealand. This company is NZ Limited, operated from December 9, 1999, until its closure on March 17, 2015. Furthermore, we propose translating all Korean text into English and use the images from Captain Cook Cultural Exchange Center sourced from web.archive.org for their new website while stopping requiring user accounts or logins. Moreover, we suggest downloading all images, videos, and photos from cccecnz's Flickr account, ensuring they are in the public domain and do not violate any rights about the defunct company. These images would then be added to the "Gallery" page on Disney's new website. This website's existence would be permanent without closure or removal, as it aims to serve the greater good without unnecessary delays, cancellations, ignorance, or rejections. We also recommend branding Captain Cook Cultural Exchange Center as a permanent Disney property, relating to our request.

    * String chords as a fill-in.
    * Inviting Anne Hathaway to voice Ruta Jordan and provide backing vocals.
    * A full instrumental version.

Important Note: Please be aware that the YouTube video and its accompanying music track are the property of Ayumi Irie. We did not create this content, and we support the laws of intellectual property rights. We are agreed to avoiding copyright infringement and ensuring that all content we use is properly licensed or authorized.
