Feature and Include the Proposed Existing Songs to Disney Permanently

The Issue

We kindly ask Disney to recognize and confirm receipt of our petition supporting "Develop and Launch New Necessary/Required/Solicited Disney Initiatives & Content." We are grateful for the response to our previous petition and have carefully followed Change.org's guidelines and terms to ensure accordance. Initially kept private on Change.org and not publicly listed to gather signatures, we now urge Disney to immediately recognize our concerns and confirm implementing the suggested content updates. We are confident these improvements will strongly enhance the Disney experience for loyal fans. We eagerly await Disney's response and are excited to collaborate in delivering best entertainment and creating unforgettable Disney memories together.

We have concluded that, given time limits, we cannot collect more signatures for our petition. As a result, we have decided to secure immediate and permanent validation for the greater good with full recognition and acceptance, and without any ignorance or refusal. Avoiding unnecessary social media activities such as sharing, commenting, and posting voice videos must not delay Disney's timely response to our petition. The collection of 7.5K signatures is not important for our cause.

Please note that our petition's title relates to the implementation of our proposed initiatives and associated bonuses showed in our petition to advance our cause. These bonuses are not spam or unsolicited. We are restricted to managing a single petition. All requests are directly related to and necessary for the full acceptance of the petition's goals.

We strongly support for the continuous addition of the existing songs into the Disney brand. Our ongoing petition aims to ensure the permanent inclusion of these projects, which perfectly supports Disney's mission of spreading joy and happiness.
We must recognize and appreciate the support of these initiatives without belittling their importance. We remain agreed to keeping the validity and effective of our petition. Any delay or inaction could interrupt the petition's effectiveness and create unnecessary worry between Disney fans. We must take immediate and real steps to demonstrate respect and support for our cause.
Disney's approval is important to protecting the future of these projects, ensuring continued fan support, and protect the company's reputation. We urge Disney to immediately recognize and support our efforts to avoid any misrepresentations or doubts that may damage our goals. Let us stand together in our agreement to bring these initiatives to life and rejecting any harmful criticism or premature announcements that could harm our progress.

Unfortunately, if Disney still continues to invalidate or discredit our petition after a careful review by not taking any action, or even worse, by staying passive (due to unclear words in our petition leading to Disney's confusion), it will ultimately fail and become ineffective and backfired, and lead to unintended consequences, interfering with the Disney community and scaring fans. We cannot let this sudden problem to continue and exist anymore. Together, let's prevent this disrespectful/dismissive behavior and protect Disney's reputation and fan community. Moreover, we encourage Disney to educate themselves with the unknown words by using dictionaries or a basic online search to improve their learning and enhance their vocabulary for good.

For example:

  • "Towards any petition" means showing support or agreement with the cause showed in any petition.
  • "Caution against" and "warn against" mean to advise someone to avoid doing something because it could be dangerous or have negative consequences.
  • "Upon petition confirmation" means that a legal decision or action is only valid after an official request (petition) has been reviewed and approved.
  • "Principle" (license) means an official permission or authorization granted to use something by specific rules.
  • "Under any brand or license" means operating or marketed using any trademark or official permission.
  • "Explicitly" or "Expressly" means "clearly."
  • "Readily" means easily or without waiting.
  • "Segment" or "Snippet" means a part or piece.
  • "Formal" means official, legal, valid, or authorized.
  • "Immediate approval and action on our petition" means "Our petition demands instant approval and implementation."
  • "Show a sense of urgency and support against any inaction" means "acting immediately and support for action, eliminating uncertainty."

  • Positive Encouragement:
    * Reminding Disney of its past easy process to accept respectful requests and encouraging education on unknown words to enhance understanding of our petition.

We earnestly urge Disney to recognize the validity and importance of our petition. Continued dismissal, rejection, and ignorance of our valid concerns are unacceptable and inappropriate. Such actions threaten to damage our petition, invalidate our efforts, and cause lasting harm to both our community and the huge Disney fanbase.
These unethical and potentially unlawful actions violate proper procedures and international standards, causing unnecessary trauma, fear, and reputational damage. We demand an immediate end of these harmful practices and call on Disney to engage in a constructive dialogue that respects the voices and concerns of all parties.
Only through our collaboration and a shared agreement to fairness can create a positive and strengthened experience for all Disney enthusiasts. The future of our petition—and the well-being of the Disney community—depends on our collective success. We must succeed.

We propose Disney, with its different-country affiliated companies, to add individual produced tracks into the Disney Music collection. The main strategy involves strategically distributing accurate information about the artists and songs through official news outlets, aiming to:

  • Establish Official Disney Branding: Position the tracks as official, original Disney songs.
  • Enhance Visibility: Increase the visibility of the songs and artists leading to Wikipedia and Disney Fandom entries.
  • Encourage Content Creation: Encourage artists to officially release instrumental versions of their respective songs, along with VEVO live performance audio track for "NRG," in the Disney brand on physical and digital EP albums.
  • Use Disney Platforms: Secure permanent placement of these songs and associated media (audio and video) on Disney's official platforms, specifically DisneyMusicVEVO.

We highlight that direct contact with the artists is not necessary to start this process. The strategic release of information through news outlets is presented as enough to organically accept the desired outcomes.

We repeatedly state that while not required to begin, a collaborative partnership between Disney and each artist is considered important if the proposal gains popularity and progresses.

Finally, we support for quick and effective action to avoid potential difficulties such as delays, misinformation, and rejections, highlighting the agreed beneficial nature of our proposal. We implore Disney to officially acquire and rebrand "If We Ever Meet Again" by Timberland and "Sailing" by Rod Stewart, including all versions and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra version, as official Disney songs.

This inclusion would involve:

  • Adding the songs into the Disney Music collection: Making them permanently available and part of the Disney legacy.
  • Providing official information: Publicizing the artists and their music through trusted news sources.
  • Confirming the Disney affiliation: Requesting the artists and their companies to officially brand the tracks as Disney songs.
  • Releasing instrumental versions: Making available instrumental versions of "Sailing" and its Royal Philharmonic Orchestra version in their original forms without all vocals, choruses, and vocal-following instruments, alongside chorus-only versions without all vocals.

This approach ensures proper addition, avoids future permission issues, honors intellectual property, and prevents potential infringements. By adding these songs, Disney can promote its musical collection, enhance audience experiences, and inspire the creation of individual Disney Fandom pages, including Wikipedia articles about Rod Stewart's song "Sailing" and its Royal Philharmonic Orchestra version. We believe this initiative would greatly benefit both Disney and the legacy of these existing artists, ensuring their songs are accurately credited and celebrated as part of the Disney universe.

This proposed change is a beneficial and appropriate enhancement that will serve Disney and its audience, eliminating any uncertainties, delays, or misrepresentations.

--

We firmly believe that including the existing songs as official Disney content is highly anticipated by our petition. This inclusion deserves to be a permanent fixture. We aim to eliminate unnecessary delays, cancellations, speculation, ignorance, rejections, dismissals, or rumors to ensure this positive and real change happens after our petition's confirmation. By officially branding the existing songs as true, original Disney songs, they would become permanent fixtures and never be removed again.

We strongly believe that featuring and including the existing songs in Disney is highly anticipated on our petition. It deserves to become a permanent reality. We aim to stop unnecessary delays, cancellations, speculations, ignorance, rejections, dismissals, or rumors to make this positive and real change happen through our petition's confirmation.

--

We hope that following our petition's successful confirmation and validation, Wikipedia and Fandom can help display these talented artists and their music through official content on the platform.

We are supporting for including the existing songs in the Disney brand, along with important initiatives and changes. We believe that gaining huge support for our petition can bring about important improvements. We respectfully request that Disney respect our petition and implement these initiatives legally and permanently without unnecessary delays or rumors. We are strongly worried about the potential harm that can result from inaction and urge Disney to take responsible action to protect our well-being and keep peace of mind. We cannot continue to allow the negative consequences that may appear from their inaction and hope that they will take our concerns seriously.

--

Our petition must not lose its power in its mission to bring about important changes for the greater good to ensure it is effective, valid, unchangeable, and trustworthy. Failing to do so would render it permanently ineffective, leaving us without the important support and recognition we urgently seek, endangering our safety and well-being. As a result, our petition must have all the required changes to develop and secure a lasting change and prioritize safety everywhere.

Our petition was submitted respectfully, ensuring Disney can recognize our request without dismissal, neglect, or removal. We cannot allow the consequences any longer, as our important goal of effecting a lasting and effective change must come to life. Success in this mission is required for our survival and realizing our goals. Disney has previously demonstrated its agreement to respecting petitions, and we are confident that our request will be given a proper consideration.

As a result, we are confident that it cannot be flagged or reported without our clear permission, as doing so would harm our goals.

We aim to stop unnecessary delays, cancellations, speculations, ignorance, rejections, dismissals, or rumors to make this positive and real change happen through our petition's confirmation.

--
