This petition is submitted by residents and property owners who oppose the proposed rezoning of 2510 Gulfstream Road from R-1A Single-Family Residential to R-3A Multi-Family Residential.

The current proposal would allow the development of three-story multifamily apartment buildings on the site. Residents are concerned that this rezoning would significantly increase traffic congestion, place additional strain on local infrastructure, impact public safety, and alter the character of the surrounding single-family residential community.

We respectfully request that the Municipal Planning Board deny Case N2026-10003 and maintain the current R-1A Single-Family Residential zoning designation.
