The Issue

Petition against  further rezoning of Agriculture to Residential:

1.)    Road issues:

Currently there is two MAIN West-East bound roads (117th& 109th) and one MAIN North-South road(Randolph) that services all major residential communities of Winfield.

There is AT LEAST one major road project already planned which will cause EXTENSIVE closure of intersection of 117th & Randolph estimated for 2027.

a.      How does the town plan to service all residential and commercial vehicles(over 5000 current residential lots) with only 2 main west-east and 1 main north-south road for everyday use

b.      How does the town plan to service all residential and commercial vehicles within the subdivisions directly along the 117th&Randolph intersection during the extensive shut down planned for round-a-bout of 2027.
