This petition is to stop rogue judges.  

In 2014, Judge Thomas Barber, a Circuit Court Judge in Hillsborough County, Florida allowed a jury to rule on a case despite knowing that the jury was lied to by the prosecutor. The case involved a legitimate prescription written by a legitimate licensed physician. But Judge Barber, in order to give a victory to the prosecutors, and in order to be politically correct, allowed the lie that the doctor was "not a doctor"-- an outrageous lie that Judge Barber knew was a lie. 

In 2017, more of Judge Barber's corruption surfaced when he lied on his application for a judicial seat on the federal bench. His false responses on his application was to cover up his prior judicial misconduct. Despite requests to release his application, Judge Barber is in hiding and refuses to be transparent about his application to get a life time appointment on the bench in Tampa, Florida.  

Even one corrupt judge, like Judge Barber, is one too many. We can never have true CRIMINAL JUSTICE REFORM WITHOUT PURGING the system of judges like Judge Barber.
