Fox bagging is currently illegal in the US, but people break that law and are still doing it.  However, nothing is being done to stop it. (Note: fox bagging is still legal in multiple areas. Example: Ireland)

What is fox bagging? This is a cruel mechanism to train hunting dogs, hound dogs usually. Hunters around the globe capture foxes and shoves them into bags. Afterwards, they dig a hole and place the bagged fox into it, placing a brick over it. After a few days, the fox is starving and dehydrated. This causes weakness and gives them zero energy. After the few days, usually 3-4, they take the fox out of the hole and the bag and send their groups of hound dogs after it.
