Petition to Reunite a Mother with Her Children and Ensure Their Safety

The Issue

In 2018, my three daughters were taken from me by Child Protective Services (CYS) after a man I was dating harmed them while I was at work. The moment I found out, I immediately ended the relationship and took action to protect my children.

Since then, I have fully complied with every requirement asked of me. I completed my Individual Service Plan (ISP), sought support, and even attempted to have my children placed safely with my own mother. Despite my efforts, CYS fought against family placement. I HAVE NEVER BEEN ON DRUGS. I have a clean record. I work in home health care. I'm a mandated reporter and have clearances to work with children. I have many certified clarifications dealing with the care of adults and children.

There are serious concerns about how this case has been handled:

The assigned caseworker has personal ties to the foster family.

The foster family is reportedly connected to the individual who harmed my children.

My children have not been kept together and are being denied consistent contact with their biological family.

I was not allowed to present witnesses in court

Hearsay evidence being used

Having to take a lie detector ( I was honest about everything and passed ) in order to finish a class but not allowing that information to be used in court Despite it being mandatory to finish the class

There are documented discrepancies and false statements made in reports and testimony.

Most importantly, I fear for my children’s safety and well-being:

My children have shown signs of physical harm, including black eyes and injuries that have not been properly explained.

My youngest daughter was hospitalized at just 7 days old after becoming seriously ill, and no clear explanation was provided.

My children are not receiving the emotional and physical care they need after experiencing trauma.

They are being allowed contact with individuals who have histories involving substance abuse and violence, while being restricted from their own safe and supportive family.

Now in 2026, I have continued to prove my commitment as a parent. Despite past opinions made about my personal life, I have demonstrated stability and responsibility. I have moved back home and am successfully caring for my son, who has special needs.

My family and I are ready and able to provide a safe, stable, and loving environment for my daughters. They deserve to be together, to heal, and to grow up surrounded by people who will protect and support them.

This petition is not just for me—it is for my three daughters, ages 12, 9, and 6, whose voices have not been heard.

We are asking for:

A full and fair review of this case

Accountability for any misconduct or conflicts of interest

Immediate consideration for reunification or placement with safe biological family

Protection of my children’s physical and emotional well-being

Please help bring my daughters home where they belong.

Sign and share this petition to stand up for these children and give them the chance they deserve
