Jackie Overton is an infamous catfish and convicted criminal who has profited off of her victimization by publishing a book about it, "Almost Meri'd," where she details her exploitation and victimization of Meri Brown, star of TLC's Sister Wives. 

Samuel Jacob Cooper is not a real person, but a fictitious person created by Jackie Overton to perpetuate her delusions, using multiple images of different people and attempting to pass them off as one person - Sam. Under the guise of "Twitter Philanthropist," Jackie Overton solicits money from people who believe she is really a man named Sam. This constitutes criminal impersonation in some states. Furthermore, Jackie Overton has obtained money from several people via CashApp donations based on her criminal impersonation of one Samuel Jacob Cooper. This constitutes wire fraud.

Jackie's Twitter account, @notbatmanyet , is being used as a platform for Jackie to continue to exploit and victimize people, obtain their personal information so that she can use their stories to perpetuate her scam, and solicit money from them.

Multiple reports have been submitted to Twitter Safety about Jackie's account, @notbatmanyet , but yet it is still there, and multiple crimes continue to be committed right under everyone's noses. Most recently, Jackie committed the crime of harassment by communication when she threatened the family of someone who spoke out against her to warn others of the catfish. This needs to stop.
