For nearly a year, Flow Downtown Miami's dog park and pet washing station have remained closed despite being advertised as resident amenities to new move ins. Many current residents selected Flow specifically because of these pet-friendly features.

We understand there were concerns regarding misuse and cleanliness. However, we believe there are better solutions than permanently removing amenities that responsible residents rely on and continue to pay for through their rent and pet fees.

We are asking Flow management to work with residents to reopen these facilities and implement reasonable enforcement measures to address any concerns.
