Petition to renew Mr. Arman P. Medina's Contract here at Menlo College

Petition to renew Mr. Arman P. Medina's Contract here at Menlo College
The Issue
We the Menlo College student body would like to formally recognize and express our deep appreciation for Mr. Medina, a dedicated and passionate educator in the Sports Management field here at Menlo College. Mr. Medina fosters an inclusive, welcoming, and supportive environment within the classroom, where every student feels valued and heard. His commitment goes beyond teaching; he cares deeply about his students’ well-being and personal growth, while also taking the time to connect with each student on a personal level by regularly engaging with them over lunch or in casual conversations.
Mr. Medina is not only passionate about the material he teaches but also deeply invested in the success of Menlo College as a whole. His unwavering support for the school and its students is evident through his active participation in school and sporting events, where he frequently attends to show his dedication to the community. He is a true role model, not only for his students but also for his colleagues, consistently demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a passion for education.
Mr. Medina embodies the core values of Menlo College by exemplifying the importance of mentorship, support, and community engagement. His devotion to his profession, his students, and the broader Menlo College community makes him an irreplaceable part of the Menlo Community. We believe that his exceptional contributions deserve to be recognized, and we wholeheartedly support his continued impact here at Menlo College.
Despite the news of his contract not being renewed here at Menlo College for the 2025-26 school year, Mr. Medina has continued to show support for his students, still attending sporting events during his free time as well as providing guidance and supervision over the Sport Management Club on campus. He has continued to dedicate his time and energy to teaching his numerous sports management classes at a high level and has continued to build strong, long lasting connections with all students.
We believe, as students here at Menlo College, the departure of Mr. Medina would create an irreplaceable gap in the Menlo Community and Menlo would surely lose an important figure and role model for us students. We as a student body, want to see Mr. Medina remain at Menlo College, in the Sports Management Department.
Sincerely,
Menlo College Community
