Many of the homeowners in the community have received violations for trash cans being on the side of their homes in violation of the HOA policy. With many residents not having a fence, or an area to hide the garbage cans outdoors, we are being forced to keep the garbage inside of our garages. This has caused an insect infestation for some, maggots and foul smell due to the hot conditions in the garage. The HOA has not been of assistance in resolving these matters, simply giving us no choice but to create potential infestations in our homes that we have to pay to get handled ourselves. We are asking that the regulation to be unable to keep cans on the side of our homes be removed.
