Please sign this petition to remove Filing 11 HOA. They do not do anything to help the covenant enforced area of Woodmen Hills. Lately, they have only been handing out letters of violation, notices of fines and changing more of the bylaws so they hand out more violations, i.e. Minimum tree requirements per property, parking of certain types of vehicles for less time (72 hrs is the legal city and county limit).  These people are getting out of hand. This is why all the other HOA filings have been voted out of the Woodmen Hills area.
