Petition to Remove Advanced HOA Management
The Issue
PETITION FOR REMOVAL OF ADVANCED HOA MANAGEMENT BY THE MEMBERS OF THE FALLINGWATER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION
Fallingwater Condominium Association’s members feel that the current Management company's practices are incompetent and unprofessional.
There are several projects that have not been started/completed in a timely fashion, and there is a continuing myriad of excuses as to why the property is in terrible condition/why the projects are not being started/completed.
The common areas, including landscaping, which were once in beautiful condition, have deteriorated horribly over the last year, the snow removal was inadequate at best, and there are still damaged trees that need to be attended to from the storm in May. And this list is barely the tip of the iceberg.
In addition, regarding responses to community concerns by Advanced HOA Management, they are often times not answered at all, or responded to in a condescending or unprofessional manner.
The performance of Advanced HOA Management has deteriorated over the last few years, and they, are showing very little initiative to solve the issues at hand. This leaves the following signatories with no alternative but to request removal of Advanced HOA Management.
We will present this petition to the Board to call a special meeting to remove Advanced HOA Management and have a discussion as to the options for removal/replacement of Advanced HOA Management.
These issues aren’t unprecedented. It has never been disclosed to the members of Fallingwater Condominium Association that Advanced HOA Management has a 1 out of 5 star rating with the Better Business Bureau, and has had 13 complaints against them in the last 3 years.
We request the Board of the Fallingwater Condominium Association to schedule a special meeting (with sufficient notice) to discuss the removal process of Advanced HOA Management, and options relating to the same, and hold the meeting within 30 days of receipt of this petition, which contains 25% + signatures from the HOA members.
