We, the undersigned, respectfully request the relocation of the bus shelter located in front of Fine Artisanal Wines and Food, located at 226 Christie Street. This request is made to support the following business and community-focused goals:

1.     Increased Visibility for Local Business: The current shelter obstructs the visibility of our storefront, making it difficult for both pedestrians and drivers to notice our business. As a small, locally owned establishment, visibility is crucial for attracting foot traffic and sustaining our operations.

2.     Creating a Welcoming Outdoor Space: We aim to enhance the community experience by offering a comfortable, aesthetically pleasing outdoor patio space. Removing the shelter would free up space for this addition, allowing our patrons to enjoy an al fresco dining experience, fostering a vibrant street atmosphere.

We believe this change will contribute positively to the local neighbourhood, creating a more engaging and accessible environment for residents and visitors alike.
