Petition to Reinstate Reed Farnsworth as CEO of Blue Raven Solar

The Issue

We, the undersigned employees of Blue Raven Solar, are writing to express our strong support for Reed Farnsworth and our deep concern regarding the recent actions taken by T.J. Rodgers. We believe that Reed’s termination was unjust and detrimental to the well-being and future of our company.

Reed’s leadership has fostered a positive work environment and culture, boosting employee morale and productivity. This was proven as he was able to guide the company through a challenging macro-economic environment, bankruptcy, and ownership change with minimal disruption. Reed’s ability to maintain Blue Raven’s culture and values is a big reason that many employees have stayed with the company throughout the turbulence of the last year.

We are concerned that the values and culture embodied by Reed, which have enabled Blue Raven’s success throughout his tenure, will be degraded upon his departure. This degradation will cause material harm to the company.

We demand the immediate reinstatement of Reed as CEO of Blue Raven Solar. This action is necessary to ensure the continued success and stability of our company. We urge the Board of Directors to take immediate action to address our concerns and restore confidence in our leadership.
