This was proven as he was able to guide the company through a challenging macro-economic environment, bankruptcy, and ownership change with minimal disruption. Reed’s ability to maintain Blue Raven’s culture and values is a big reason that many employees have stayed with the company throughout the turbulence of the last year.

We are concerned that the values and culture embodied by Reed, which have enabled Blue Raven’s success throughout his tenure, will be degraded upon his departure. This degradation will cause material harm to the company.

We demand the immediate reinstatement of Reed as CEO of Blue Raven Solar. This action is necessary to ensure the continued success and stability of our company. We urge the Board of Directors to take immediate action to address our concerns and restore confidence in our leadership.
