We, the undersigned players, parents, and supporters of the Mount Abram Soccer Program, respectfully request the reinstatement of Coach Glenn Mirlocca as our varsity soccer coach. His absence has left a noticeable gap not only in our training and performance, but also in the sense of family and guidance that he fostered within our team.

Coach Locca is more than just a coach—he is a mentor, role model, and leader who has dedicated countless hours to helping us grow as athletes and as individuals. Under his guidance, players have gained confidence, discipline, and resilience. His encouragement pushes us to strive for excellence on the field, while his compassion and support help us navigate challenges off the field.

The lessons Coach Locca teaches extend far beyond soccer. Removing him from this position threatens to take away an influence that has been deeply positive and transformative for our team.

We urge the school administration to reconsider the decision and allow him to return to coaching us.
