To The Board of Directors / Administration of Centreville Academy:

We, the undersigned parents, alumni, community members, and supporters of Centreville Academy, respectfully submit this petition to express our deep concern and disappointment regarding the recent termination of Allison Iles.

Mrs. Iles has served Centreville Academy and our community with integrity, dedication, and genuine care for students and families. During her tenure, she made a lasting positive impact on the school’s academic environment, culture, and sense of community. Her leadership fostered a safe, supportive, and values-driven school where students were encouraged to grow both academically and personally.

We believe the decision to terminate Allison Iles was unjust and does not reflect the wishes or best interests of the Centreville Academy community. This action has caused significant concern, confusion, and hurt among parents, students, alumni, and community members who value the stability, leadership, and heart she brought to the school.

Therefore, we respectfully request that the Board and Administration:  

• Reconsider the decision to terminate Allison Iles  

• Provide transparency regarding the circumstances surrounding this decision  

• Take meaningful steps toward reinstating her as Principal of Centreville Academy

Centreville Academy thrives when decisions are guided by fairness, open communication, and the well-being of its students and families. We strongly believe that reinstating Allison Iles would be a critical step toward restoring trust, unity, and stability within the school community.
