We, the undersigned fans and fanbases of JYP Entertainment (JYPE) artists, have formulated this petition in response to the egregious acts of stalking, libel, defamation and harassment that these artists face. The specific goals have been outlined below this statement.

JYPE artists have been facing an onslaught of targeted harassment, including but not limited to extremely serious defamatory statements online which amount to libel; stalking and predatory behaviour in their homes and around their places of work. Much of this behaviour is posted and replicated on social media.

We seek to work together with JYPE to create an environment that is conducive to the physical and mental safety and well-being of all JYPE artists and fans.

This petition asks JYPE to commit to the following:

- Implement community moderation for public platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, YouTube live, Tiktok etc.

- Provide clear and prompt communication* on activity and security measures taken related to online harassment, defamation and libel, where legally appropriate

- Provide clear and prompt communication* on activity and security measures taken related to in-person stalking and predatory behaviour and physical safety of members, where legally appropriate 

- Develop a centralised reporting portal for defamatory and libellous online activity, and acts of stalking 

*Acknowledge fans’ reports of malicious activity and provide updates on actions taken in response to such activity.

We call upon fans and fanbases of JYPE artists to support this petition and the outcomes. This petition will be brought to the attention of JYPE once the signatory goal has been achieved. The initial goal is to reach 10,000 signatures (subject to change)
