This petition is a call to action in seeking the NCAA to permanently ban Malcolm Xavier Walker from any and all NCAA sanctioned events nationwide. 
Mr. Walker is an alleged social media influencer that uses his platform to engage unsuspecting parents into his intricate scheme. He lures parents, explaining that different universities are inviting him to game day visits and that people can join as his guest if they pay the air fare and hotel accommodation cost. More importantly, he is alllegedly misleading and misrepresenting to people that he is acting on concert with these coaches to include several Power 5 schools. He has allegedly scammed countless parents, from all walks of life. His actions are despicable, unconscionable and criminal. He has even lied to one family and by and through his fraudulent representation enticed a young man to enter the transfer portal, forfeiting his full scholarship, based upon false representations that he had spoken to a particular coach and that he needed to enter the transfer portal to sign. In light of the changing landscape of college sports, and the transfer portal, having people prey upon and defraud people by making false representations causes a stench. 
Attending NCAA sports events, just like being an NCAA athlete is a privilege. One that should be stripped from Mr. Walker for his repeated use of NCAA sports to allegedly con and scam people. As such, we the people who were allegedly scammed, are not only asking for you to permanently ban him but to also launch an investigation into his actions whereby he allegedly used the NCAA and several universities part of the NCAA to scam people.
