S2564 offers a fair, safe, and widely supported solution, including:
- Allowing medical cannabis patients to grow up to 10 plants at home.
- Allowing adult-use consumers to grow up to 6 plants at home.
- Establishing a 12-plant household cap to ensure responsible, small-scale cultivation.
