To the Audubon Board of Education and Superintendent:

We, the undersigned students, parents, alumni, staff members, and community residents, respectfully request that the district reconsider the reassignment of Principal Jeff Lebb from Audubon High School.

Strong leadership matters. A successful principal helps shape school culture, supports students and staff, builds relationships with families, and creates a positive learning environment where students can thrive. Throughout his tenure at Audubon High School, Mr. Lebb has demonstrated a commitment to our students, our school community, and the values that make Audubon a special place to learn and grow.

Many members of our community have come to know Mr. Lebb as an accessible, visible, and student-focused leader who takes pride in supporting academic achievement, extracurricular involvement, school spirit, and the overall well-being of students. His leadership has helped foster a sense of stability and connection within our school.

The reassignment of a principal can have a significant impact on students, staff, and families. At a time when consistency and strong leadership are especially important, we believe Audubon High School benefits from Mr. Lebb's continued service as principal.

Therefore, we respectfully ask the Audubon Board of Education and Superintendent to:

 - Reconsider the decision to reassign Principal Jeff Lebb.
 - Consider the concerns and perspectives of students, parents, staff, alumni, and community members.
 - Prioritize continuity of leadership at Audubon High School.

This petition is not intended to criticize district leadership but rather to express the strong support that exists within the Audubon community for Principal Jeff Lebb and his continued leadership at Audubon High School.
