For the past three years, Ms. Moffitt has been an invaluable leader and a positive force within our school community. As Assistant Principal, she has consistently demonstrated dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for our students, staff, and families. Her leadership has played a significant role in creating a safe, supportive, and academically focused environment where students can thrive.

Under Ms. Moffitt’s guidance, we have witnessed remarkable improvements in student behavior, accountability, and overall school culture. She has helped foster an atmosphere built on respect, responsibility, and high expectations, encouraging students to reach their full potential both inside and outside the classroom.

What makes Ms. Moffitt truly exceptional is her commitment to the success and well-being of every student. We have recently learned that Ms. Moffitt will be relocated to another ILTexas campus. While we understand that staffing decisions are made with the best interests of the organization in mind, we strongly believe that her continued presence at the NRH campus is essential to maintaining the positive progress and stability our school has experienced under her leadership.

Ms. Moffitt has become an integral part of our school community. Her impact extends far beyond her administrative responsibilities, and her contributions have helped shape a culture of excellence that benefits everyone on campus. Losing her leadership would be a significant loss for our students, families, and staff.

We respectfully ask ILTexas leadership to reconsider this decision and allow Ms. Moffitt to remain at the NRH campus. Keeping her in her current role will ensure that the positive momentum she has helped create continues for years to come.
