We, the students, parents, and community members of White Swan High School, strongly urge the administration to retain Ms. Hernandez in her current position.

Ms. Hernandez is more than just an educator—she is a mentor, a role model, and a source of support and inspiration for many of us. Her dedication, kindness, and ability to connect with students have made a lasting impact on our school community. Losing her would not only affect the quality of education but also the morale and well-being of countless students who rely on her guidance every day.

We respectfully request that the administration reconsider any plans to remove or relocate Ms. Hernandez and instead recognize the immense value she brings to our school. Let’s do what’s right for the students, staff, and future of White Swan High School.
