Petition to Join The Cool Spring Tilton Neighborhood Association (CSTNA)

Petition to Join The Cool Spring Tilton Neighborhood Association (CSTNA)
The Issue
We, the residents of the:
- 1500 blocks of W. 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th St. and Pennsylvania Ave. (South side),
- 600-1100 blocks of N. Rodney St. (West side),
- and 600-1100 blocks of N. Clayton St. (East side)
petition the CSTNA officers to modify the current Association boundaries to include our blocks.
Becoming a CSTNA member costs you nothing!...
Membership dues are voluntary and amount to $10/household/year
But earns you multiple benefits...
CSTNA will serve as your advocate. You have an issue or a problem involving the City of Wilmington? You will not be alone in your fight for an answer! Reach out to us and we will work to resolve your issue.
Gain a voice in projects that matter to you! CSTNA is leading various efforts to beautify the neighborhood and address issues that residents think matter. So adding your block to the neighborhood association gives you a say in what projects the association should take on.
Protect your Park! Rodney Reservoir Park will soon be completed. When it opens it will have to be maintained. CSTNA has a good track record of efficiently working with the City to improve and maintain public parks.
What is CSTNA?
CSTNA is the Cool Spring/Tilton Neighborhood Association. It is a non-profit entity organized as a volunteer civic association. Interested individuals may join on a voluntary basis in order to participate in the group's activities. CSTNA is not a homeowners association (HOA). It DOES NOT dictate what you can and cannot do with your house or property or enforce deed restrictions. CSTNA serves the important function of providing a collective voice to issues that affect the community.
