Recently, Gorilla Tag has implemented a sketchy third party company that provides a verification system known as "K-ID" to try and make the game more "safe". This third party verification system has seen a lot of controversy for its sketchy privacy policy and terms of service. This company known as "K-ID" collects your personal information as stated in their privacy policy, this personal information includes your full legal name, address, IP address and exact location, email address, social security number, physical characteristics, passport information, drivers license information, bank account number and information, credit card number, debit card number, as well as some device information such as browsing history, information of your interaction on another website, application, and or advertisement. Keep in mind this service is free and the user(you) don't have to pay for anything. This company also states that they "may" share your information to their third party partners multiple times throughout their privacy policy. Many youtubers also said that they read that you cannot(by any means necessary) sue/file a lawsuit against them.
