As concerned members of the Strongsville community, we are troubled by the continuous inappropriate conduct of Mr. Pana. His actions have surpassed professional boundaries, causing discomfort and hindering the learning environment.

Multiple female, as well as numerous friends, have experienced harassment from Mr. Pana through unwarranted staring and inappropriate physical contact. This behavior not only lacks professionalism but also poses a potential threat to our well-being as students who deserve a secure and respectful educational setting.

It has come to our attention that Mr. Pana's actions have been reported multiple times without significant repercussions. This lack of action is concerning as it may imply tolerance for such behavior within our school system, a notion we firmly oppose.

According to the National Sexual Violence Resource Center, one in four girls will experience sexual abuse before the age of 18, highlighting the urgency of addressing cases like Mr. Pana's.

We respectfully demand prompt action from the school administration and local authorities to address the misconduct towards female students at Strongsville schools. It is crucial that these allegations are taken seriously, thoroughly investigated, and appropriate measures are implemented to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.

A 7th grade student, I'm not letting the name out to start or create any hate on her or drama, was suspended for calling Mr. Pana out on being a pervert and creep, which she shouldn't have been suspended for that. I admire and appreciate her for doing that, even if she was suspended. She'll say something to any teacher, whether you like it or not. Administration needs to actually fire Mr. Pana for this inappropriate behavior. It's NOT ok, and it makes so many girls uncomfortable.

Me and my friend had Mr. Pana in the first semester (Q1-Q2). When we were all doing Rockwall, MULTIPLE TIMES, he said he was an "eagle" and kept touching multiple people in inappropriately. Some examples are hips/waists, hair, back, shoulders, and most likely more. He kept touching their backs sexually and kept smiling while doing it. He got extremely close to multiple girls buttes before, and I saw it. MULTIPLE TIMES.

And, this is really sad, AND embarrassing to admit, it's not just girls that are getting sexually harassed. It's boys aswell. Although it's most targeted to girls, shorter and more child-like boys get touched sexually aswell. I've heard people like bill bill talk about how Mr. Panas touched him sexually/inappropriately. I'm not calling bill bill out or anything, but even my classmates agreed. Boys AND girls. If the school doesn't do something about this I might just find witnesses and report him altogether. If the 1st petition didn't work, I doubt this one will. Although, I appreciate you reading all of this.
