Currently Lago Vista Animal Control has zero budget for veterinary care for animals under their care/ intake.  Basic things such as puppies that need their vaccinations, deworming, microchipping, animals needing flea and tick and heartworm prevention, spay and neuter, medical care for pregnant momma dogs, injured dogs, the list goes on and on. 
The Animal Control facility, including the areas the animals are kept in, need renovating / upgrading. There is currently no money for this.  
Please sign this petition to help urge our city’s elected officials and city leadership to create a bucket of funding for these critical and very necessary needs of the animals of this community who find themselves under the care of Animal Control.  Together let’s make some positive change Lago!
