Let's talk about what we benefit from by having an HOA & Management Company...

Who pays dues? We do. The new off shoot communities and the trailer park section do not.

Do you have a propane tank in view? Violation

Is your shed, play set, treehouse, trampoline, etc. visible from the road? Violation

Have more cars than your driveway can fit? Violation 

Has your grass been measured for a being  over 4” ? Violation 

Ever put your trash out before 5:00pm for the next day? Violation 

Forced to power wash your house, even though its clean? Violation 

These are all common violations, some can result in a lien on your property. 

What is maintained by the HOA/Management Company?

We don’t have private spaces/common grounds.

We do not have private roads. 

We do not have a clubhouse, pool or tennis courts.

We do however, have some basic landscaping at the entrance and two lightbulbs that illuminate a sign that doesn't get cleaned, always has mildew on it, and may be tilting forward or backwards depending on the day of the week.

How many votes are needed to dissolve the HOA & eliminate the management company? 

The articles of incorporation, section IX, Dissolution, calls for 2/3 of the residents. There are currently 76 homes, and we would need 51 owners to vote YAY for the dissolution.

We are asking the residents to sign this petition if they would like the HOA to be dissolved.
