Petition to determine if the majority of Owners want the existing gate changed.
The Issue
Our community deserves a secure, aesthetically pleasing entrance gate that not only enhances our safety but also matches the rustic charm and ambiance of our ranch. Presently, the entrance gate stands as a stark contrast to the inviting environment we cherish and strive to maintain.
Security is a primary concern for all of us living here. The current gate fails to provide the necessary security measures we need to feel safe and protected. Its incongruent design and inadequate structure leaves our homes & families vulnerable to potential threats and trespassing. A more robust, ranch style gate would help deter any unwanted visitors and provide us with the peace of mind that our families and properties are well-protected.
Apart from security, the aesthetic mismatch of the existing gate with our ranch is apparent. The design and material fail to harmonize with the scenic beauty of our surroundings. It looks distinctly out of place amidst the beautiful, cohesive architecture of our homes and the natural landscape, failing to reflect the atmosphere we're proud of.
To address these issues, we're urging the property owners to consider signing the petition if they would like something different than what is currently in place. This new gate will not only enhance safety but will also add to the visual appeal of our community, ensuring it is both secure and visually inviting for residents and visitors alike.
Please lend your support to this vital initiative by signing this petition (no donations are being requested at this time nor do you need to donate to or join change.org when you sign the petition). Together, we can create a safer and more harmonious entrance to our beloved community.
The photo above is for reference only. Our design intent would include utilizing the original gate and auto-gate infrastructure. If enough property owners agree a change is desired, we will draft a few options of the entrance for the property owners to approve.
