WHEREAS section 91 of the British North America Act of 1867 and the Constitution Act of 1982 declare, regarding the Legislative Authority of the Parliament of Canada, that the “Queen shall lawfully be able to make Laws for the Peace, Order, and good Government of Canada”,

AND WHEREAS The Canadian Encyclopedia asserts that “federal authority has been interpreted by the courts as related to four areas: residual; emergency; national concern; and federal paramountcy”,

AND WHEREAS repeated attacks against Jewish citizens of Canada over the past 3 calendar years have failed to achieve significant government action beyond their proportion of the population, challenging the Peace and order of Canada, a national concern,

AND WHEREAS Canada is now the sole country within the group, known as the G7, to be in a recession,

AND WHEREAS the ability to make laws includes the government’s duty to fully prosecute such laws for the “Peace, Order, and good Government of Canada”,

AND WHEREAS the Governor General of Canada is the final authority on Canadian soil charged with oversight of the government on behalf of the King, despite not having used such authority independently of late,

THEREFORE we, the undersigned, assert that the present Government of Canada has failed to carry out its duty to we the citizens and to the King AND 

HEREBY PETITION the Governor General to dissolve Parliament, appoint a pro tempore government, and move Canada to a federal election to replace the present Government of Canada or regain the trust of its citizens and the King.
