Mark feeley is a reoffender of a sexual nature towards children as you g as 6 years old he constantly uses social media to groom youngsters he live videos him self in a sex act and gets these children to view his actions the police seem to turn a blind eye saying us as the public are bullying him the police are a public servant and numerious cases has been put before them from victims but all they do is move mark feeley around the country its time to take a stand and protect our children from online groomers so im asking everyone who believes he should face procection for his crimes to sign this here petition to see that justice is served upon this vile human being
