To the Management and Board of Directors:

We, the members and residents of the St-Georges community, formally request the reinstallation of the ATM at this branch. The removal of this essential service has created significant barriers to safe and accessible banking. We urge the Credit Union to prioritize the following:

Accessibility: Our seniors and members with mobility challenges face undue hardship traveling to distant machines to perform basic transactions.

After-Hours Access: Members who work during the day have zero secure options for deposits or withdrawals outside of restrictive  hours. 

Security: A branch-monitored ATM provides financial privacy that off-site, unmonitored locations cannot offer.

Member Safety: Current alternatives force members to use ATMs in areas with frequent loitering and public intoxication. This creates an intimidating environment and increases the risk of harassment or theft.
