The Board says that removing the table and hauling it away was justified. Concerned Citizen was told that people complained. Yes, people like Bartlyn, Betty, Brent and Carol, who were all hating on me would find a problem. I'm surrounded by 13 other families, and 90% of them didn't find it objectionable.

We'd venture to say that Ms. Dallas, a neighbor on the "Building Committee" back then, would complain. She is now a member of the Board who literally spies on me and communicates back to Carol Lineberry and Bartlyn David when it's safe to come over and post disciplinary notices on my property. She's a little sketchy too. Thanks, neighbor for going to the extent of screwing me.

Concerned Citizen is compelled by the above behavior to engage in filing lawsuits and complaints against guilty, responsible persons and the Condominium Association. Donations are welcome to off-set the financial cost of filing legal charges against them. We wanted to avoid litigation at all costs but the Board drew lines in the sand and continues to badger me.
