They determined, that no crime occurred. Nevertheless, she, Betty, Brent the NEW Board president, Carol Lineberry, and perhaps my neighbor, Dallas, also newly elected to the Board are disturbed people who continue doing bad things to others. This will end up in the courts.
You can bet the narrative offered by these hoodlums is embellished, and fallacious.
It's time to take a stand against these lies.

From the email exchanges l have had with Ms. Carol Lineberry, the current Board President is one of the most disingenuous, passive-aggressive people I've met. Don't believe her. She's not transparent, honest, fair, or ethical. In regard to governing CVCA, if she were at all the person that she says, she wouldn't have balked and denied us an opportunity to meet and put an end to the deceit, intimidation, lashing out, improper interpretation, and inconsistent enforcement of the Bylaws.
It's disheartening to witness someone who not only tolerates but even champions deceitfulness. Her actions have given others the green light to follow suit, perpetuating a culture of dishonesty. It's time to take a stand against this toxic behavior.
The last few months has been a tough struggle because they continue the assault on my character and seek further to tarnish my reputation. Yet, the fight for truth and justice continues. Defend those who persevere in getting to the truth. Your voice matters, even if you don't reside here. In the face of unkindness or injustice, find the courage to speak up and reach out.
