Hello all!
I want to reassure you that this petition is not closed or dead.
First, let me say that I am offering a $200.00 reward leading to the identity and arrest of the persons responsible for stealing my outdoor furniture from my unit area. All information will be kept confidential. Email: fivesensesnola@aol.com
On October 26, 2023, Mr. Couture admitted in front of a neighbor and me that he Mr. Couture, had a personal problem with me. This confrontation with Mr. Couture was recorded. Later that morning I received a threatening letter from Mr. Couture.
The next day, October 27 was my birthday and all the balloons friends and neighbors brought by that morning were cut loose from the chairs.
Then if you recall, the Board's Nov 7, 2023 email rebuttal to this campaign was sent to all residents who are on their email list. That email was filled with more than a dozen bald-faced lies. If you would like a copy, just drop me your request. Skipping forward, to the present time the new Board president appears to be a protege of our last Board president, Bartlyn Davis, and that's not good.
In the Weekly Update sent November 10, 2023, It states:
"Anything on the CVCA Common Elements that are not within a garden (furniture, bikes, etc.) will begin to be picked up on Monday, November 13, 2023."
See that beautiful green table set in the above picture? It was removed from the common area in front of my and other neighbors in nearby units. In an act of retaliation, it was taken and removed by the "management" who were also escorted by KPD, on November 16, 2023.
My understanding is that Carol Lineberry was on the Board for six months. And she was on the Board in November of 2023, when the Board unanimously decided to remove my table from the property. S Of course, it was unanimous. The Seven Board members included: 1). Carol, 2). Abbie, 3.) Bartlyn, 4). Wayne S Ingram Jr., 5). Joe Vitale, 6). Ligia Carmona, 7.) Holly Vogel - were all currently on the CVCA Board at that time.
Since then Carol Lineberry, the new Board president has refused to meet with me and denied restitution. She has also threatened to remove what I have currently, which will occur around the 21st of March, 2024.
Ms. Lineberry and the Boards' poor decision making is dragging Chardonnay Village into another needless lawsuit. that will find CVCA and others who were a part of that decision.
