We hope so. Please review the candidates wishing to serve our community, hopefully, for the good of all. 

Right, so before we go skipping into the future, let's take a look at The Word of the Day: Botched - means bungled or mishandled. The word, botch is never used to describe a desired outcome. Botched is never a good thing. Nobody really wants a botched anything. Nobody should be forced to get used to a botch without being compensated. 

Over the last few years, The Village has seen its share of botched buildings.  Botched maintenance. Botched repairs. Botched resurfacing, and repair of tennis courts by Kemon and Willie. 

Botched hiring, discipline, and dismissing of CVCA personnel. You see, even though the last maintenance man let a minor operate and total a $4000.00 Yamaha 4x4 vehicle by rolling it in the canal, Mr. Willie Wilson remained employed and worked on CV property.  Even though the young child did sustain physical injuries,  Mr. Willie Wilson remained employed and worked on CV property. And even though the Board, CV lawyer, and CPM employees were presented with sound bits and pictures of the violence and disrespect he demonstrated to homeowners, Mr. Willie Wilson remained employed and working on CV property. 

Then there's the botched administration of Condominium Rules and Bylaws; the Board overstepping their authority. Additionally, they have Botched record-keeping. They have repeatedly failed to provide owner access to various kinds of paperwork including, items related to the maintenance and repair of the Common elements.

Know what else is botched?  The relationship with Mr. Brent Couture of CPM and his onsite employees. The demonstratable unwillingness of Mr. Brent Couture to provide all services for all residents is cause for his dismissal. This is not said lightly, but their acts of retaliation, vindictive attitudes, and unethical, discriminatory behaviors, have been substantiated.

Here's an example, did you know that on October 26, 2023, Mr. Couture, verbally admitted that he had a personal problem with a concerned owner that goes back years?  Yes, he's held a vendetta against a property owner. His admission was witnessed by a resident and documented.

Whatever his or the Boards' problem is with any owner, it doesn't give them any right to blackball the owner from the community.

Let's be clear, Mr. Couture and this Board are out to ostracize a unit owner and exclude the owner from receiving the benefits of the Condominium. They have gone out of their way and created a harsh climate and made conditions very difficult for people to get services from them. And they have gone to a great extent to apply excessive and unnecessary abuse on more than one person. 

We know for a fact that Mr. Couture and the Board have gone out of their way to shun an owner, and are guilty of delaying, denying HOA services to more than one unit owner. 

Any reasonable person knows this behavior is wrong and constitutes unethical behavior.
