  1. Board competently manage the property of the complex and residents with due regard for the rights, safety and health of tenants and others lawfully on the premises.
  2. Board Member shall avoid exaggeration, misrepresentation, or concealment of pertinent facts relating to the property.
  3. Board Members are obligated to treat all parties honestly.
  4. Board Members perform their duties without bias for or against any individual or group of homeowners.
  5. No Board Member shall willingly misrepresent facts to the residents of the
    community.
  6. No Board Member shall engage in any writing, publishing, or speech making that defames any Board member, any other committee member or any homeowner.
  7. No Board Member shall engage in Disorderly or Offensive conduct which Interferes with, or is abusive, toward any employees in the normal operation of the facility.
  8. Interferes with any resident or resident's guest, or other persons' use or enjoyment of the facilities, or is abusive to any such person.
  9. No Board Member shall harass, threaten or attempt through any means to control or instill fear in any homeowner or contractor.
  10. No Board Member shall make or allow remarks, gestures, slurs, or jokes that demean another person.
  11. No Board Member may not knowingly misrepresent any facts to anyone involved in anything with the community which would benefit them in any way.
  12. No Board Member shall not deliberately mislead the owner employees or associates against an accusation of wrongful conduct.
  13. Reported concerns or allegations will be investigated.
  14. Retaliation/victimization will not be tolerated. Anyone who knowingly makes a false accusation, or is uncooperative or untruthful during an investigation, will also be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with Company policies and applicable law.
  15. No Discrimination. We do not make or allow remarks, gestures, slurs, or jokes that demean another person.
  16. No Harassment. No tolerance for harassment at CV. All expected to act in a
    professional manner and to avoid any action or behavior that, if unwelcome, may be considered harassment or sexual harassment.
