Our purpose is to communicate honestly and truthfully to our neighbors the harmful attitudes, and disturbing behaviors of the property management personnel and elected or appointed Board members over the past several years.

We ask every one of our neighbors to honestly and fairly evaluate the merits of the petition according to their personal values, morality, beliefs, and understanding of right and wrong. Doing so will help ensure that the Association is firmly rooted in solid ethical standards going into the future. We might be preaching to the choir but we need leaders who can distinguish between self-interest and the common good. Leadership who are reasonable, embrace the virtues of honesty, and a loyalty to words, and the spirit of our Association's governing documents.
