END GAIL BENOIT'S ANIMAL SALES FOREVER

Given Gail Benoit's lengthy history of criminal convictions including dog theft, animal cruelty and others convictions involving her animal sales; Ms. Benoit should be prohibited from buying, selling, or obtaining any animal of any kind FOR LIFE!  Gail Benoit has proven that she has a violent history when interacting with potential buyers and enforcement. Back in 2013 Gail Benoit stated under oath that she had sold over 30,000 animals yet nobody has ever come forward stating that they have had a positive experience.  It's time for the justice system to put an END to all of this. No more shady deals, no more false identities, no more posting online ads from public internet sources (such as the IWK hospital, libraries etc), and no more animals in her care while waiting for a sale. 

The CRIMINAL HISTORY of Gail Benoit: 

*Note, these listed are only the legal repercussions stemming from solid investigations, and not including the hundreds of situations that never were brought before the courts. 

2007 - Gail Benoit was arrested. "She was screaming obscenities and rocking violently in the back seat of a police car when she was taken away."

2009 - CONVICTED of ANIMAL CRUELTY involving ten malnourished and neglected puppies sentenced to a $1,500 fine.

2009 - CONVICTED of obstruction and assaulting a peace officer; sentenced to 21 days in jail.

2014 - CONVICTED of dog theft. Sentenced to 15 months’ probation and banned Benoit from owning, buying or selling pets for 15-month period.

2016 - CHARGED again for violating the Animal Protection Act under Section 21 (6) and 18B (2)
